Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling (973) 381-4249. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to fees.
Pristine Portable Solutions’ liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users assume responsibility for proper use of equipment.
Customers must provide accurate service information, ensure equipment accessibility, and report damage immediately. Misuse or vandalism will result in repair charges.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms are governed by New Jersey state law. Any disputes will be resolved in Newark, New Jersey courts.
